Falsettos is a funny, heartfelt, and deeply human musical that explores love, identity, and the families we create for ourselves. It tells the story of Marvin, his ex-wife, Trina, his new lover, Whizzer, their son Jason, and others who become their support system making for a tight-knit, yet unconventional family trying to make sense of modern life.

Set in the early 1980s against the backdrop of a rapidly changing world, the show examines queerness, Judaism, and the complexities of relationships with humor, tenderness, and honesty. As the AIDS crisis begins to emerge, Falsettos celebrates resilience and love in the face of uncertainty, offering a portrait of family that is as timely as it is timeless.
