Sponsorship & Fundraising Manager
We are looking for a passionate and hard working individual to join the Contact Theatre family to help us raise funds, not only for our productions, but for the overall financial health of our non-profit organization.
This position is responsible for developing and implementing a financing plan for both our overall operations and individual productions that include donor networking and outreach, grant-writing, developing a sponsorship/fundraising campaign and other tasks as needed. The Fundraising and Sponsorship Manager works closely with the Executive and Artistic Directors, as well as with the Fundraising Committee of the Board of Directors.
Specific responsibilities include:
DONORS
Develop and manage a campaign to build a network of donors that believe in the power and magic of musical theatre and want to support Contact in our mission.
FUNDRAISING
Alongside the fundraising committee, develop and manage the plan for the Production fundraiser. Including budget, logistics, communications and outreach.
GRANTS
Research public and private grant opportunities for Contact. In collaboration with the Directors and the fundraising committee, prepare and submit eligible grants
SPONSORSHIP
Develop a sponsorship plan and prospectus tied to Contact our Productions. Lead the Fundraising committee on developing a prospect list and outreach plan.
The candidate we are looking for will be a true partner to help foster the overall sustainability of our organization as the Theatre industry slowly comes back.
